Objectives

A major automotive manufacturer chose Super Bowl LIV to motivate and reward their top sales performers. The requirements for the group were VIP access to exclusive parties, official access to premium seating, 5-star accommodations in a sold-out market, and an itinerary that created an intimate space for the group in the midst of the world’s largest event spectacle.

Solution

Winspire Experience Agency proposed a fully integrated program that accomplished each of their objectives. A 5-star resort where a private dinner on the beach provided valuable networking time and a luxurious start to their weekend. Following dinner, guests were escorted to the infamous Rolling Stones Super Bowl party where they enjoyed VIP access to one of the hottest parties in Miami. On game day guests made themselves at home in a private cabana at The Players Tailgate, hosted by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Individuals enjoyed premium seating in the lower bowl of Hard Rock Stadium as they witnessed the Kansas City Chiefs incredible comeback victory to hoist sports most coveted prize, the Lombardi trophy.
